1. AGREEMENT SCOPE This Agreement governs the relationship between you ("User") and Fluffy Boudoir Atelier and HOVFStudio ("We," "Us"), the owner of this Website. Your binding acceptance of Clauses 1, 2, 4–11, and 15–25 begins upon your first interaction with this Website. Continued use constitutes irrevocable consent.
2. SERVICE PROVISIONS Clauses 3 and 12–14 apply exclusively to Users purchasing Services. Should these Terms conflict with your intent, you must cease all Website use immediately.
3. NO IMPLIED OFFERS Nothing on this Website constitutes a contractual offer. Submitting an order represents your formal offer to purchase Services. Our acceptance occurs only when we send a confirmation email approving your order.
